Hideaway Solutions attempts to accurately describe its products listed on the Site. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We have attempted to display accurately the colors of our products that appear at the Site. As the actual colors you see depend on each individual unit and your computer monitor, however, we cannot guarantee that your unit color will be accurate. Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars.
Return Policy/Product Warranty
Please see our Return Policy if you need to return an item. Product Warranty is a one Year Limited Warranty.
Order Processing/Delivery
Our standard shipping rates include delivery to the address you provide when placing your order. Orders will be processed and shipped within 10 business days. It is possible that some items may be out of stock. All orders and backorder items will ship as they become available. You will receive an email with the tracking information for your order once it is ready for shipment. If you require a faster shipping option you must contact us for shipping options. When ordering goods from Hideaway Solutions for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Hideaway Solutions is not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and Hideaway Solutions cannot predict the value of these charges. For additional information on custom/duties policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
